No. Letters share general, fun development facts based on typical averages. Anything about your health or your baby's health is a question for your doctor or midwife.

Right after you sign up, everyone gets a welcome letter. After that, letters land on baby's weekly birthday, the same day of the week as your due date. We pick up at whatever week you're in and the price is the same.

Right up to your due date, plus a little extra if baby takes their time (through week 42). Then the letters wrap up on their own. Nothing renews and you're never charged again.

One price for the whole pregnancy, no subscription: $19 for a letter once a month, $49 for a letter every week or $99 for every day (a tiny note each morning for you two, plus the weekly letter and replies). Two grown-ups and two loved ones are included.

No password to remember. Every letter you get has a private Manage or pause my letters link at the bottom. That link is your key, so please don't forward it. Lost it? Get it emailed to you.

From your manage link, Pause every letter quietly stops letters to everyone right away, with no emails about it. You can start them again anytime. Loved ones can stop their own letters with the link at the bottom of their letters.

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. For gifts, the refund goes to the person who paid. After that we don't offer refunds, but you can pause or stop letters anytime. Details.
