Full refund within 14 days
If you're not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full amount you paid, including any extras. No questions asked.
This covers your original order and anything you buy later, like extra loved ones, each counted from its own purchase date.
After 14 days
After 14 days we don't offer refunds. You can still pause or stop letters anytime from the manage link at the bottom of your letters, and you'll never be charged again. There's no subscription.
How to ask
Use our help page or email support@frommywomb.com from the address you signed up with. A real person handles every refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Keepsake book pre-orders
A book pre-order is fully refundable anytime until we print it. Once it's printed it's made just for you, so we can't refund it, but if it arrives damaged or misprinted we'll replace it.
Pausing
Pausing quietly stops every letter to everyone right away, with no emails about it. You can start letters again whenever you like.
